Jig ' The Last Primus Jig '( George Ferrier 1958 )

Why was it changed? If Primus was good enough from the Inception of the Prize why change it?

The Medal was last won by George Ferrier in 1958. It then became known as the Duke of Edinburgh's Medal........Before 1958 it was awarded to some one from the 14 to 15 yrs old age group. After 1958 it was awarded to Senior Monitors.
